Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

  2. Receive Your Return Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

  3. Package Your Items

    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.

  4. Ship Your Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikini Bottoms and Bikini Tops (unless packaging is unopened and hygiene seal intact)
  • Bodysuits (if the protective strip has been removed)
  • Any items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have damaged tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas), international returns follow the same process but may take longer for shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
