Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece from GLASSONS CLOTHING! If something isn’t perfect, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to get what you need.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Submit Your Return/Exchange Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Item(s) to Return/Exchange (Product Name, Size, Color)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Preferred Resolution (Refund / Exchange for specific product and size)
- Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- For size or color exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and new shipment
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikini Bottoms and Bikini Tops – unless original packaging is unopened and hygiene seal intact
- Bodysuits – if the protective strip has been removed
- Any items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have damaged tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
International Returns
International returns follow the same process but may take longer for shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
